"Mooji (born Anthony Moo-Young, 1954) is a Jamaican spiritual teacher based in the UK and Portugal. He gives talks (satsang) and retreats. He is listed number 37 in the Watkins Review list of the "100 Most Spiritually Influential Living People 2019". Mooji lives in Portugal, where he runs a 30-hectare ashram called Monte Sahaja.
